Spaces built for every child

Every space at Pacekids is designed with intention, giving children room to move, play, connect, and grow in and outside the classroom. From sensory and play spaces to the tools that support communication, each area plays a part in helping children build skills, confidence, and independence.

Sensory and Swing Rooms

Our sensory and swing rooms give children dedicated spaces to explore movement, build body awareness, and feel comfortable in their own skin.

Sensory Rooms: A calming environment where children can regulate and explore at their own pace.

Swing Room: Supports balance, coordination, and confidence through movement based play. 

Indoor and Outdoor Play Spaces

Our indoor gym and outdoor playground give children space to move, play, and build essential physical skills in different settings.

Indoor Gym: Supports strength, coordination, and gross motor development through active play.

  • Indoor playground area
  • Climbing wall (Available at Pacekids Sunridge only)

Outdoor Playground: Encourages exploration and movement in the fresh air. Spacious and accessible, with room for every child to explore and play.

Library

There's a variety of books available for children to explore, sparking a love of reading while supporting language and communication development. Through shared reading and storytelling children build vocabulary, practice communication skills, and grow more comfortable engaging with new words and ideas.

A dedicated library space is available at Pacekids Sunridge only.

Adaptive toys, devices and equipment

Gives children the tools they need to play, learn, and communicate in ways that work best for them, supporting independence and full participation in every activity.
