As Managing Director, People & Culture, Hayley leads the P&C team and oversees all HR, People Operations, and Workplace Health & Safety functions across Pacekids. She builds strong systems, clear processes, and practical supports that help managers and supervisors lead effectively. Hayley ensures Pacekids remains compliant, consistent, and aligned to create an environment where staff know what’s expected, feel equipped to do their jobs well, and can focus on delivering high-quality services to children and families.
