Joining Pacekids in May 2014 with a passion for empowering people and helping them work to develop their strengths, Lori brings to Pacekids an extensive career focused on the value of relationship building. With over twenty years’ experience in managing teams, customer service, and process management, with the last six years spent working directly in the disability field managing government funded contracts, Lori strives to create win/win scenarios amongst internal and external stakeholders. As an experienced facilitator and a Business, Career and Personal Coach, Lori believes in empowerment, developing individuals, effective communication, and the importance of the right person for the right job. When not working to ensure those important conversations take place, Lori’s perfect day would be spent with her daughter either in the mountains or at the movies.
