ECS Registration is Open!

Pacekids ECS Program registration for the 2021-2022 school year is open! 
 
We provide centre-based preschool and kindergarten programs for children aged 2.8 years to 6 years that can be accessed through PUF or mild/moderate funding. Pacekids offers an ECS Program & Speech-Language Enhancement (SLE) program, which include a multi-disciplinary team of on-site therapists.

If you are looking PUF preschool, ECS Program, or simply looking for help in seeking support for your child with special needs, contacts us!  We are always happy to share details about our program, discuss options, and conduct virtual tours. We recognize that choosing a preschool, particularly one that offers additional supports, can be challenging, but we are here to help!

Pacekids Programs is a charitable organization that strives to empower children with special needs and their families through excellence in therapy and education. Operating for over 25 years and funded though Program Unit Funding (PUF) from Alberta Education, & Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD), Pacekids serves children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Speech & Language delays, and more through a variety of programs in the Calgary area.

Every Child Matters: Resources and Reflections for Families

September 28, 2026

In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Pacekids will be closed on September 30. This day provides an opportunity to honour First Nations, Inuit, and Métis survivors of residential schools, their families, and communities, while encouraging learning, reflection, and meaningful conversations about reconciliation. Families are invited to explore age-appropriate resources, books, videos, and community events together, and to wear orange in support of Orange Shirt Day and the message that Every Child Matters. We recognize that this topic can be emotional and encourage families to engage with the content at a pace that feels right for their child and family.
