Build Stronger Connections with Your Teen: Join Our FREE New Parent Support Program (Building Bridges Triple P)
Pacekids is proud to be one of only three providers offering this limited pilot: Building Bridges Triple P, a program designed specifically for families of teens (ages 13 to 16) with disabilities, diagnosed or suspected.
Open to all families, FSCD funded or not, this program gives you practical, real world tools to navigate the teen years with confidence. Connect with other families who understand what you’re going through, in a group setting delivered entirely online for flexibility that fits your schedule.
The program includes:
- Five 2 hour group sessions
- Three brief individual consultations to support skill implementation
- Pre and post-program family assessment
Common topics families bring to the group:
- Communication and connection
- Chores and responsibility
- Hygiene and independence
- Relationships and social skills
- Conversations about sex and boundaries
